International Students Programme
Our International Students Programme has been designed to ensure that we have implemented, communicated and effectively implemented a framework of policies, procedures, processes and additional information required for the delivery of a safe, healthy and productive environment for overseas students.
The International Student Programme has been designed in accordance with the ESOS legislative framework (ESOS Framework) to ensure that we comply with our legal and regulatory requirements, provide quality education and support the integrity of Australia’s student visa program.
The ESOS Framework includes various legal and regulatory instruments including the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (Cth) (ESOS Act) and National Code of Practices for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 (National Code).
Our Overseas Students Programme systematically addresses each requirement of the National Code and the other elements of the ESOS Framework. The National Code is the key instrument in the ESOS Framework.
